I also played Amazon slots wish I hadn't bothered they paid out ok 1st time around however when I won £360 the next time. They said I needed too send my bank details all over again which I did.after numerous times off complaing they still did not payout they gave excuses after excuses about my winnings. Scam site my wife is over 60 and she deposited £20,done all she was told,sent all Identity,when she went to withdraw her money,£200 they closed her account,sites like this should be shut down

Have deposited $100 that was never credited to the account, its been 7 days and it still hasnt been credited to casino account nor has it been returned to my bank account. Complete scam, 24/7 live chat and support is a complete lie. The payment itself has a reference code so they would be able to see that the payment has been received and they are completely ignoring it.
Received an email to send them pdf format of transactions 2 days before and 2 days after and they still havent done anything about it. Save your money and gamble elsewhere.

account blocked from making a withdrawal. Even tho I'm sat at home in the UK, they accused me of going to Romania whilst playing, some excuse about a VPN..
I wouldn't mind but my balance is over 5grand.

The simple truth is your a scam, you made winning easy, but then refuse to verify and payout my winnings. You honestly think it's acceptable to offer £10 credit as goodwill. What you doing is clearly a form of theft

liars this is a site that lies a lot 1200€ I made a profit I tried to withdraw them and a spin started some lies I did everything they told me pictures of ID. bank account also then a selfie together with the two today separately then a picture of my profile on the site and so spin and spin. I cancelled the profit and tried to withdraw a small amount and hop I can't because they blocked me from the site not to withdraw. that's why I recommend you stay away from these.

I placed a deposit of £20 from which I won £120. I completed verification and requested withdrawal but at that point everything seemed to freeze. Verification just read 'on review ' and the withdrawal status 'incomplete'. I emailed customer support numerous times requesting update but never received any reply. After 2 days I looked and saw all the poor reviews and expected the app to be a scam. I sent one more email requesting my initial deposit back along with a few other remarks and lo and behold, a couple of hours later the full £120 was in my account. I'm not sure what the situation is with this app but, even though very poor customer service, they did pay out so fair play Fortunica, Thankyou.

This sight needs to be closed down it’s a massive rip off . I have been waiting now over five days for a withdrawal. I keep being told by an agent I will need to be patient as my withdrawal is been processed and I am in a queue as it is done manually and they have had so many winner. Utter rubbish I have never heard so much rubbish in all my life. Please do not spend a penny on this sight. They are not under any gaming regulations and has for trust pilot a one that can not be right. Surely they are a zero.

They hire Psychics that are not really legit. Every message they give is repetitive. They also treat their staff exceptionally bad by taking away their messages and giving it to another psychic. You can't be sure that you are getting the right message from the right psychic.
