Had a great experience at forward…

Had a great experience at forward furniture. Tyson helped me pick out the best massage chair for my needs, and was super honest and helpful. Highly recommend if you want good service and good quality!

Bliss Massage Chair

Bought a massage chair from here, took roughly a week to get in so not too long. Super happy with it once it arrived me and my roommate use all the time!

Would High Recommend Tyson and Team.

We had furnished one of our condos through Tyson at Forward Furniture. I would highly recommend Tyson as he is a true professional and is great at communicating. All the products were very good quality and overall it was a great experience. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using Tyson again.

Shipment wasn't on time

Shipment wasn't on time and talking to them is very inconsistent with what each person is informed.

Was told shipment is time but also that they are sorry for the late shipment, and some emails left unanswered.

You selected the Standard Shipping which takes 9-14 business days and it arrived in 15 due too some delays with shipping. Each call we gave you all the information we could that was realayed from the shipping company and apologized for the delays.
