Absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful, the guest book is stunning , The addition of the names onto the guest book makes it an item that will be cherished for years to come. Excellent delivery and really well packaged I would recommend this company 100% .

I placed an order,they took my money- but no produkt.

I placed an order, my money was taken out of my account but no confirmation email,nothing. Have tried to call them and email them - no reply.:(

No customer service response

I had to contact customer service due to an issue with my item and used the email provided..I sent them 3 emails over the space of a month and received no response to any of my emails.

Terrible company and I wouldn't recommend.

No customer service. Just being ignored.

My son bought me a personalised key holder as a gift for my birthday. On opening and putting it together I realised a piece was missing. We took a photo and He emailed them and asked them to send on the missing piece. but no reply.
Very bad customer service.
Disappointed. Won't buy from here again.
08.06.25 No one was in touch to offer a refund. My son bought it and you don't know his name from this review. So how could you offer him a refund? See
how this company lies.

While we understand that your name may not be linked to the order, we were in contact with the person who placed it and resolved the issue through that channel. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and that a hook was missing from your key holder stand. We completely understand the disappointment, especially as it was a thoughtful gift.

We were in touch at the time to offer a replacement or a refund, and in this case, a refund was issued as requested.

While we regret the inconvenience, the missing hook is a standard fitting that can be picked up at most hardware shops — we hope that helps you still make the most of the gift.

Shocking customer service

I ordered 2 items off for you. A personalised jewellery box for my daughter for her communion and a personalised photo frame for my nephew for his communion. I never received an email to confirm my order . I have emailed them 3 times and contacted them twice on social media and for you have still not replied to me. I have not received any shipping info so these items will not be here in time. This company has the most shocking customer service . I have never had an issue like this with a company before. I had ordered what I thought would be a special gift for my daughter for her communion and now 2 days before it I am left with nothing for her and this company haven’t even the manners to respond to a paying customer. Shame on you for you . I will not ever order from you again
