WATCH OUT. This is an absolute scam and is unfortunate not caught on IG as it's advertised there. The lamp is horrible material and the box nearly damaged. Not only that the lamp smells like cigarette smoke and it's so bad I didn't even need to open the package. Lesson learned...buyer beware!
It’s a total scam.
I usually search the websites before buying.
Order a lamp in what was supped to be their 46 anniversary.
The day after, the website said 45 anniversary.
Everyday it’s last day of sale.
I got what I ordered and they send a piece of plastic, very bad quality, they are refusing to refund unless you send this piece to China at your expenses.
I had an amazing experience with this lamp shop. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their service.
I purchased a lamp during a sale, and later that same night—around midnight—I received an email from them explaining that the sale discount had not been properly applied to my order. Instead of ignoring it, they proactively reached out and let me know they would be sending me a free lamp.
I was honestly surprised by their integrity and attention to detail. It’s rare to see a business take that level of responsibility without the customer even noticing the issue. The service was outstanding, the staff were wonderful to interact with, and the people behind the shop are truly inspiring.
I highly recommend supporting this business!
