My experience with Fotto AI has been extremely disappointing. The photos advertised are polished, realistic, and high-quality, but the actual results I received fell far short. The discrepancy between what is advertised and what the service delivers is unacceptable.
The advertised money-back guarantee is also misleading in its presentation. I only discovered the restrictions on downloaded photos and credit usage after requesting a refund. These important conditions should be clearly disclosed before customers pay.
Although I used my credits and downloaded one photo, my concerns about the poor image quality and lack of transparency remain. My refund was refused, and additional credits were offered instead, which I have no interest in using.
Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with both the service quality and the way the refund conditions were communicated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Fotto AI.

I tried their ai photos since i got a recommendation from a friend but most of the photos were not ideal and I got 2 or 3 good photos from 30 generations. Then I contacted support for refund and they simply gave my money back and also gave me free second try with proper instructions and i have to admit the new photos are great. I cannot really say if they are ai generated and mostly they look like iphone camera photos with no glow or ai generated type look.

I was happily surprised. I had low expectations but i have to admit, it definitely delivered.

Fotto was great. So easy to use and super quick. I used other AI tools in the past and then the processing took days! The pictures are really good and real, would recommend

I like how realistic the photos are and the mofications are so useful and increased my match score

I was a bit negative to use ai photo for my profile but the it actually worked out for me and I get at least 2x more matches comparing to my previous profile photos. I was satisfied with photos and backgrounds were so real. I used 2 photos for my profile only and the rest were my old but still good photos.

Only issues was sometimes randomly one photo generation was not look like me but I got enough good ones.

Yesterday, I started working with this program. Their headlines say, “Try it for free!” Like many other programs, it's normal to try out a website and pay for it if you like it. But not in this case! They deliberately allow you to upload your photos and suggest what to do next, but as soon as it comes to generating an image, you don't have enough credits, and the pricing plans are like this... In other words, you can't try it for free — it's just a scam. But that's not all. As soon as you want to delete YOUR photos that you uploaded, you won't be able to do it yourself! And customer support will tell you to delete your account and the photos will be deleted within 7 days. It's up to you to decide whether to use it or not. I certainly don't recommend it.
