Very happy with my purchase
Reasonable delivery time during the holiday period, obviously packaged with care and a hand written thank you card. Item was exactly as described and pictured.
Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and it's a brilliant drying/protective cloth for my Japanese knives at work.

After Royal Mail failed to deliver my order I emailed the company. I receive a quick reply from Arthur promising to sort the problem. 48 hours later an expedited replacement order arrived. And their gift wrapping is excellent.
Best customer service of the year!

Unusual, lovely things
This was my second experience of shopping with Foundland. My things were delivered quickly and beautifully wrapped. My only minor quibble was that I couldn’t work out which thing was which - one thing was labelled which meant I could work out another item, but there were 4 mysteries - so I had to unwrap one item.
