A little bit tricky to find resources on the site and app but their support team is wonderful and very helpful. Really great business model developed by their CEO, Nathan! The content is solid and the people behind it clearly know what they're talking about. Material is straightforward to follow, which makes learning feel less overwhelming. Customer support has been helpful whenever I needed it. Overall, one of the best platforms for Ecommerce, would recommend it.

I signed up for a 14- day trial and at the end of it, they automatically upgraded my subscription and charged my credit card $99 USD. They did however email me to rectify this, so have amended my review to 2 stars :)

I had a great experience with Foundr and their customer support team. I initially had an issue accessing some courses I had already purchased, and they responded quickly and professionally.

They escalated the issue right away, kept me updated, and resolved everything smoothly. On top of that, they were incredibly generous and offered me a full 1-year complimentary subscription to Foundr+ (an access to all their courses), which I truly appreciated.

Overall, the service was fast, kind, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s rare to find such supportive and customer-focused service these days. Highly recommended!
