Poor Customer Service
We received a box with 2 wine bottles to our address. We called because we believe it was sent in error. It's addressed from 3 people we don't know. We called and provided 2 order numbers to CS rep (Landre?) but he was not interested in getting to the bottom of it. We told him we don't know these people and someone is probably not receiving their gift, we're just trying to do the right thing. I asked to speak to someone else but he hung up. Zero help. If this is really associated with Fox News, you've got to do better, with better people.
