Terrible customer service
After ordering skates, I was informed they were on back order. Ok, fine. Shipping in 2 weeks. The weeks came and went. I contacted foxy. Oh sorry, it’ll be another few weeks. Fine. Those weeks also passed. Once again, I contacted Foxy. Still delayed. I gave them one more chance. Finally, after over 2 months, I canceled my order and filed a complaint with PayPal. No response from Foxy. Then 4 days after my order cancellation, my skates shipped. They’ve already been replaced with another brand. Now, I have to find the time to return these. Save yourself some time and money and don’t buy from Foxy. Terrible customer service. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Nothing was done until I cancelled the order and filed the complaint.

I order some skates and they sent two left foot skates. I've been trying to get in touch with someone about it and it just seems that they have packed up and left. No one has contacted me, nothing!
No customer service communication
I had no communication about the order for a while (almost two weeks) and when I asked about it, they offered to not send the skates and refund me. I agreed to that. Immediately after I got a notification that a shipping label had been created for the skates/accessories. The products arrived about five days later, and there had still been no response to my email about a return/refund. I sent another email about a return/refund today and have had no response, which is okay, but I very soon after got an email asking for a review (which is what I'm writing now). I haven't used the skates etc but everything seems in good condition for the price and looks nice.
What a joke
What a joke. I put an order in and even paid extra to get the order early for a birthday gift. I emailed the company several times and kept being reassured it was on its way and wasn't. So my kid not only got a late birthday gift I paid extra for nothing.
Tired..
This has been the hardest time ever trying to get my skates. I still do not have my order. I have emailed multiple times and was told they were a pre order, back order, and out of stock. It’s just been the worst.
30 Day delay in Shipping
I ordered my skates on 8/30/23 with priority shipping. I received my skates on 10/1/23 with a defective wheel on one skate. Second thoughts on ordering my daughter some 🤦 smh 😟 🤦 😒 😕

My order never showed
STILL NO SKATES
I ordered on August 31st and still have not received my skates. On September 7th I emailed them asking when they would be shipped, I was told they would ship between September 10th and September 14th. When I never received a shipping notification on September 14th I emailed asking if they were going to be shipped that day. I was then told that there was a delay and that they would be shipped no later than September 20th. On September 20th when I didn't receive a shipping notification I emailed them again with no response. I emailed them two more times with no response. I then wrote my negative experience on their Facebook and was blocked. I didn't receive a response through email until September 26th when I was told that they would be shipped out later that evening. I received a tracking number but it's been sitting in the same place for over a week now. I made a complaint with the FTC and have asked for a refund of my money. They have yet to respond. Please nobody buy from this company. Super Shady and they steal your money. Run. Go spend more money somewhere else for a legitimate company
I ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size, trying to get ahold of someone for an exchange was a joke, thanks for the once a day responses after I emailed 3/4 times to even get the first response. who knows how long it will take for the exchange. Now I'm just waiting for you to tell me you can't do the exchange them for some reason after I have purchased the return label and sent them back. Guess I'll start praying even though I'm not religious.

This was a birthday present that I couldn’t give. I placed my order and haven’t received my order as of yet. No tracking number and when I’ve inquired via various platforms and via email, I got no response. I will be asking for a refund. Why Does it make sense? it take so long to ship to an address that is working the SAME state that you ship from? Ridiculous.
Absolutely terrible!!!
Both my orders got "lost in transit". Still havent gotten my refund. Havent heard back on a status of the refund i requested for not one but two lost orders. Customer service doesnt answer thier phone. Just all around terrible. And sadly i was so excited to buy from here initially...and here we are extremely dissatisfied. If i could give no stars i would.

I ordered the skates on a Friday. They said delivery would be Tues. it’s now 15 days later and I sent an email wondering what was going on and haven’t received any communication. I have a sad 9 year old waiting for her birthday present.
Skate away quickly and don't look back
If it wasn't for Mel in customer service being positive and diligent, the rating would be lower.
The wait was over a month and was expedited only after I changed the color.
I received skates three sizes smaller than what I believe, to this moment, I ordered. There is a $7 restocking fee and I paid $18 for return shipping. This became a costly mistake.
Amazon sent me less expensive comparable skates within two days of ordering. Amazon also gave me a free, seven day trial that deferred my payment. Return shipping is at no cost.Foxyskates policy is if they are worn, you are unable to return them.
