I have been involved with hydraulic rams for 24yrs now , I started speaking to the team at FPE aged only 17yrs old and they were always so help full and took the time to assist me on identifying seals that I required , so 24yrs later I still deal with FPE everyday day either myself or my team members will ring and order items , the sales team are still as helpful as they were 24yrs ago , and now they speak to my 17yr old son and they are still as help full and knowlegable as they always have been. That's why i have always used them and i will always use them

The service from Michelle at Fpe is second to none. With her knowledge and expertise she was able to talk me through on the phone how to identify the seals i had that needed to be replaced so that they could be delivered the next day. This enabled me to meet a very tight deadline for a customer.

I was able to order all the seals i needed, from the website using the website i paid and the seals were sent out next day deliver, it took 3 days to get them and i had to go to the depot of the carrier to get them. I went to my job and fitted the new seals every one they supplied was spot on really good.
