Fr8star itself did great the website worked well
But I know on the pickup side of things the transport company did not Communicate well the auction house.
I stayed in close contact with the auction house and I know that he was told it would be picked up by 11am one day and he was never notified that the plan had changed to the next day
So I think they could of done better with that

Fr8Star got the job done fast
Fr8Star got the job done fast! After several failed attempts to get quotes from haulers quickly to move a piece of construction equipment several states away, someone recommended Fr8star. I gave it a shot and within minutes I had several quotes from various haulers (some of whom I'd called!) and we got the equipment moved in the desired time frame. We'll be using Fr8Star again!

Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly, pickup was next day,and I had my tractor 2 days after the auction closed!(from Pennsylvania to South Carolina!). Price was very reasonable and the driver was really helpful with unloading.

your carrier was rude and for the most part uncooperative until I got mad and told them that we would just get a different carrier first driver called the pickup contact names and harrassed her second driver was fine would never recommend Proshippers to move a pile of horse dung

Good dispatch
The dispatch was a good fit for us, but we had some issues with the driver not having the proper equipment to offload our equipment. It was dealt with in a timely manner, but it would have been preferable to have the right equipment for the load.
