Let down with a happy ending.
After a friend of mine told me at the last minute that he couldn't deliver a Wheel Loader. I was put in touch with FR8Star and explained I had until Friday to remove the Loader or additional fees would be accessed. They asked me for the parameters of the equipment and the destination. Within four hours I had one bid and more bids arrived until I was satisfied with the cost. The time to pick up and the delivery was within reason, and I gave the go ahead on Thursday. The trucker picked up the load Friday and delivered it Monday. I was very happy with their performance and their price. Would I use them again? The obvious answer is a resounding YES!

The office was great

Making a load was extremely easy and wow if the response was any faster then you would think people were watching me buy the tractor.
The freight companies were able to clarify my requirements and I knew when my load was arriving.
