This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company.
When I requested a refund, because this service was just USELESS I was met with arrogance, hostility, and complete disrespect. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, someone named Rich — who claimed he was a “billionaire fund manager” — responded in a condescending and mocking way, openly ridiculing retail traders and acting as if customers were beneath him.
To make matters worse, my emails were eventually blocked rather than resolved. That tells you everything you need to know about how this company treats its clients.
The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. The attitude is toxic. The customer service is nonexistent.
In my personal experience, this company behaves in a way that feels deceptive and predatory. I would strongly advise anyone — especially retail traders — to stay away.
There are far more reputable businesses out there that actually respect their customers.
