Wrong order sent. No response despite numerous emails. Avoid.

It was good to get an option to try a perfume sample for a small sum, as it's an expensive fragrance & I was unsure I'd like it enough to fork out. It took longer to arrive than I'd expected but it arrived safely.

Everything was great. It was quickly.

Problem free transaction. All good

The perfume was empty when it arrived
There was just 1 squirt in the tube

I did not receive my order. I have tried reaching out to the team through email, phone and chatbot but have not received any response.

I would not buy from here again I wear Chantal 33 all the time and I was under the impression that this was a small sample bottle of that perfume. But in my view it is a cheap replica. Very disappointed and not worth the money

Extremely quick service, and fragrance samples very reasonably priced.

After placing my order the confirmation email showed that it didn’t take my address correctly as there was C missing from the number of the house. It made a difference between getting my package delivered to the correct address or the house far from my my house. I contacted straight away the seller by various means- called the contact mobile number, left a voice mail, texted the number, emailed, filled out the contact form and messaged on live chat. I did that not once but every day. I have had no response, no acknowledgment of online chat, acknowledgment of my email or contact form, no response of any sort. In my view this is an appalling way to run business. I’m a business owner myself and I respond to all customer’s queries as soon as I receive them. It is a very bad practice to ignore the customer and still send the package to the wrong address. I will not buy again and will not recommend for the lack of customer service.

Excellent item received promptly

Didn’t get many updates as to where the parcel was and took ages to come. Both the aftershaves were lovely though and would recommend buying from here but just wish communication was a bit better.

I made a purchase and upon receipt was not happy with it. I requested to return it and was told definitely not. After seeking advice, I contacted my credit card company and asked for a chargeback and this helped to kick-start a refund. PLEASE ensure you read everything down to the last little detail. I only discovered afterwards that they charge an admin fee of 10% of the cost of your purchase price....in my case they deducted a charge of £9.05 and also the cost of p&p. I don't even know how they got this figure, as my purchase cost £88.23!! I wont make the same mistake twice!!!!!
