Bought the Overwatch Ramattra statue from this store. I was really impressed by how quickly it was delivered to me in the US! The item came in excellent condition so I'm really happy overall. The reason I'm not giving them a perfect score is because I was a bit disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof. Fragstore charged me a second time for nearly the same amount as the original purchase. I sent an email to the address on their Contact Us page, but never got a reply. Followed up on that email two days later and still got no reply. Thankfully I did get refunded for that second charge by the end of the week, but I never received any word from their customer service about why that second charge was made. I would've appreciated some reassurance from the team that they were taking care of the issue, especially since it was for such a large amount. No problems with the product itself though, and I would be open to buying from this store again.

I ordered a World of Warcraft Desk mat from Fragstore for delivery to Ireland.
It arrived in good time and it is a high quality offical product. I would say Fragstore is probably the best place for this merchandise in EU.

I had a small issue where my payment went through twice by my own mistake. Their customer service was quick to get back to be and refund the extra payment with no issues.

At first, I was worried to purchase anything off of this site because I never have before.. However this will now be the first of many purchases to come!! The delivery was very fast, the item I got was legitimate and in perfect condition, and I was even able to contact them before I bought it to reassure me this purchase would be worth it (which it absolutely was!!). If you are hesitant about buying items from Fragstore, let this be your reason to go through with your purchase ❤️

I had a fantastic experience shopping at fragstore.com. Every aspect of my order was handled perfectly – from the fast shipping to the high quality of the products. A huge shoutout goes to the support team, and especially to Anastasia, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our communication.

Bad packaging,but miraculously the figure is well enough. Even after stating that it will be packed with bubble wrap,there weren't any. Just little piece of brown paper,only on one side.
Update: The issue wasn't how the delivery company handle the package,but how it was initially packed. Reusing old cardboard boxes (not the thickest ones) and putting single piece of brown paper on one side,speaks on its own.

This was my first time purchasing a figure from overseas, but shipping was fast and it arrived in Japan in about 10 days. The condition of the product was excellent and perfect. I also made several inquiries, and the staff member Anastasia always responded kindly. I am very grateful. It was my first time, so I was very nervous, but thank you for delivering it all the way to Japan! I will use your service again!

​I placed an order for 3 items. After a week of silence, I asked for an update and was told the package was lost in transit. They sent a replacement. Mistakes happen, so I let it go.
​When the replacement arrived a week later, it was missing a product. I emailed the agent I was previously talking to with photo proof showing only 2 items. Complete silence. I called the phone number on their website countless times. No answer.
​I finally emailed their main support address with the photos again. Two days later, they replied that "based on their warehouse reports," the shipment was correct and they refused to do anything about the missing item.
​At this point, I filed an official ECC (European Consumer Centre) complaint and posted critical reviews. Only after public pressure did they suddenly reach out and agree to send the missing item.
​You will get good products, but if anything goes wrong, expect to be ignored and stonewalled until you force their hand. Buy at your own risk.

The item arrived in Italy in perfect condition 🙂 Well packed, new and sealed. This shop has proven to be reliable. Thanks !! 🙂

Hab mir bei Fragstore.com Die Licker Bust 1:1 von Resident Evil als pre-order bestellt. Sie kam super gut verpackt an. Und die Kommunikation mit dem Service von Fragstore war sehr gut. Wenn ihr Collectables zum guten Preis sucht, schaut da vorbei.

Fragstore is an awesome online shop. Their figure collection is huge, and you can snag some great deals. The statues are packed super well for shipping. Definitely my go-to for collectibles!

Ordered a big Illidan statue 2 weeks ago with the Blizzard deals on the site. Paid foe the order, was sent very fast and arrived in perfect condition, these guys have my trust and I will definitely buy again in the future! Thank for the great service!!

I bought a figure from them that turned out defective. I wrote to them several times and each time they would come back to me with a voucher offer. It started with 5€ upto 8€. However, they increased the price of the actual figure by 10€ on their website.

And when I pointed this out that I'm being forced to buy the same product again from their website at a higher price, they stopped replying to me.

I bought a game keyboard from this store, placed an order, the tracking number is not updated anywhere and in fact does not work, I ordered on June 18, 2024, the support answered once, and said that it would help the next day, but did not give an answer and did not help, I wrote to them two more times they also did not answer, more than 3 days have passed since their response, do not order anything from them, I will change the rating as soon as they help me!

I received the parcel 4.07 with the goods all right, but the support didn't answer me after 23.06, I change the rating to 4/5
