I have got 3 Frahm jackets. The quality and range of sizes of the jackets really is second to none. Customer service, including getting sleeves adjusted for length on one jacket, is superb. I know these jackets will last me years so the initial high cost is offset over how long I will have them. If you are undecided, just get one. You won't regret it.

My wife just bought me my 6th Frahm jacket for my 50th birthday, a ventile thermal storm jacket to go with my military parka, Harrington racer, woodland workers; lightweight ripstock and merino mechanic. They never disappoint. Excellent quality and worth the wait if you opt to pre-order.

Bought a 4 Seasons jacket on the pre-order 2 years ago. When it arrived I was so impressed with its functionality, lightweight and waterproof, that I bought a second 4 Seasons jacket again 6 months later so never forget it as leave one in the car. Have since bought 2 other jackets all of which are superb.

If you read the jacket description it advises in detail what conditions the jackets are suitable for.

Yes, there are cheaper jackets available, yes there are jackets that you can pick up off the shelf, however that’s not why I chose Frahm.

The jackets are great quality and the brand stands for so much more than just the item of clothing itself.

I’m a self-confessed jacket junkie and finding Frahm has fed this ‘habit’. Constantly getting compliments about the jackets also helps!

I bought my first Frahm jacket at the tail end of 2020 ( 4 season waterproof which I used walking the SWCP) and due to the quality of construction, materials and being fit for purpose I went on to buy three further jackets; the thermal military parka, a harrington jacket and a waterproof utility field jacket. All are made to the same high standard and all do what it says on the tin! The parka is exceptionally warm, often only needing a tee shirt underneath. Although not truly waterproof (its not described as such) I've been caught in heavy rain in it and remained warm and dry. All my coats and jackets are complimented upon by family and friends.
To be honest I've also gone beyond the coats now and have also purchased caps, belts and scarves from Frahm because I trust the quality of the company's products and have yet to be disappointed

Expensive but absolutely worth it!!
I now have 3 coats, 1 shirt and 1 gillet and one more coat on order (due Oct).

Most impressive coat is my very heavy very warm very luxurious blue thermal military parka. It is a perfect long dog walk in the freezing’ cold winter coat and literally too warm to wear in summer … so I also have a waxed woodland workers jacket for summer dog walks which protects against brambles etc

I can’t imagine I’ll ever buy a regular high street jacket ever again

I bought a Harrington Racer Jacket. I ordered 2 sizes as I was unsure (I'm 6'6") and the XL Tall was spot on. No issue returning the other jacket. Quality is top notch. Very versatile jacket and extremely happy with my purchase. Also bought a hand made belt (which I'm not sure they do any more, which is a shame). Both should last a lifetime.

I'm a believer

I have one Frahm jacket and it's all that I need for now. It's nearly 18 months old and has been used regularly (I walk the dog 3 times a day).
So why review it now? Well most coats are pretty good for the first few months or maybe even a year but you take them through two winters and then you see the issues. That is not the case with this jacket, it has lasted and I expect to get a lot more life from it.
It's the Ventile Thermal Field Jacket in blue, I wear it as a semi smart work jacket but it is just as at home when I am out walking the dog.
I am not good at staying warm, however with this jacket I have been very comfortable in -10 centigrade with just a thin t-shirt and a cotton sweater.
It probably would not be my first choice for a polar expedition or to climb Everest but I don't think that's the environment for which it is designed.
With the right layering I'd be happy to take this down to -20.
It is well made with good stitching and some very handy pockets for phones, dog whistle, gloves, spare gloves and any other bits and bobs I need to carry around.
As someone who is a carer but also who suffers with depression and anxiety, I like the link to mental health awareness.

Jacket number 4 so thought it was time to write a review. My first jacket, a Ventile, was a bit of a risk. A nearly new company, selling expensive jackets with a very long delivery. I needn’t have worried, the Ventile is a fantastic jacket that does everything it claims! All with great design and great materials.
As I said 4 jackets but also 2 caps, also great design. 5th jacket ordered for spring and now tempted by one for the autumn. Addiction warning :)

The first Frahm item I bought was a ventile jacket. I had been looking for an item in the material for some time but as with any manufacturer you have not had before, I was concerned about getting the size right, especially as I was going to be waiting 6 months for delivery. The staff were very helpful and it proved to be just as discussed when I finally got it on. An ideal winter jacket keeps me warm and dry when on walks with the dog, but smart enough at any time.
Quality is excellent so a summer Harrington and gilet is on order and now planning which one after this.

I recently bought a utility field jacket and was treated to a great end to end customer experience. I had to return it for a larger size (my poor measuring) and the communication was both personal and top notch. I felt like I mattered and what I wanted mattered.

I really like what Frahm are doing. The style, attention to detail, quality, options and sustainable approach is one I enjoy.

I'll love the jacket, it looks great, feels great and has people asking about it all the time. I can't wait to get another one for the winter too.

Will I buy another jacket that isn't a Frahm? Unlikely.

Fantastic product. Worth the wait and it has exceeded my expectations. Delivered in October 2023 exactly when it was promised.

I have been buying Frahm jackets since 2021. Quality is first class but the whole story of Nick and his team is inspiring. Being able to support a UK company is also great. My only challenge is they keep on bringing out more products that I want to own.

Outstanding Jackets. Danced around their adverts for a while then took the plunge in October 2022 with a Woodland Workers Jacket. I now have 4 more and am equipped for almost any weather condition. The sizing works great for me, the customer service has always been great when I've needed it and I can honestly say I don't think I'd buy a jacket from anywhere else.

I absolutely love my Frahm jacket. It wasnt cheap and at first I wasnt sure on the pre order nature of the business but I now really like their business model. It reduces fashion waste and fast fashion. The quality and fit of my jacket is fantastic. Its not 100% waterproof, but it doesnt claim to be, however it does a great job in light rain.

I love the business as a whole, from their products abut also their values and work with C.A.L.M and positive mental health. I will definitely be ordering more jackets in the future.

A jacket so good I can't wait for it to be cold enough to wear it.
