I've ordered a custom license plate frame on April 28th and on the website the fonts on the Preview Text box looked to appear what I wanted to look like on my license plate frame. I chosed the "script" font as I liked how it looked as it would appear from the Preview Text box. Upon receiving the item, it wasn't the correct font and it was cursive. I've tried contacting the company via phone number and the phone number kept directing me to "Call is busy" when it's in normal business hours. I kept trying the next day and the next day. I eventually got a response from the email as I've wrote in regards to this matter. They wrote back to show them what the plate looked like and so I did send a picture and they never replied back. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and won. Waste of time and I would never purchase from this site again. I found a reliable seller online and got what I've wanted and it's in the correct font.

These folks clearly do not know their cars. I ordered a plate saying “Austin Cooper” and they took the liberty to add Austin Martin logos to the design. They are two very different cars, duh!

The ordering process was easy, and I'm very very happy with the finished product. I would have given 5-stars, but there was NO communication from FrameAI of any kind. I placed the order, never received an acknowledgement, never received a shipping notice, nothing. I saw the credit card charge hit my bank though....

I'm very happy with the silicone material that my plate fit into. It looks very professional, clean and custom. The screw caps fit snugly and don't rattle or fall off even with my two 12" subs hitting at them. Cleaned up the license plate vibration and looks great. 👍

I was happy to find the product that would help me with my new vehicle. My main concern was a PLAIN black frame and anti-rattle of the plate. The silicone sleeve and frame work perfectly!
Although i looked i couldn't find a 2 hole thin frame and silicone sleeve combo (i know its probably there ..... but i couldn't locate it) - so i ordered them separately....
These were a snap to install but it's important to note that the 'clips' on the bottom of the frame will fit in the drain / weep holes in the silicone for a better fit!

I had a Grateful Dead license plate frame, but Pennsylvania passed a law that if any info on the plate is covered will be subjected to possibly being pulled over. This frame I purchased was perfect from Frameai.com. I got what I wanted printed on frame, and received the frame in less than 2 weeks. It also came with screw covers. It is really a classy frame. Thanks

great fit and finish. I was also impressed that after making a mistake on my initial order and used the edit function, my frame came to me with the correction made.

My frame is satisfactory I suppose but it was slightly bent. I wouldn’t think it matters but with the type of finish on this frame, it matters. I give it a 3.
