Remote synch issue

Had issues synching my remote to my Slinger Pickleball Bag. Small issue as far as Courtworx concerned I'm sure but a big one for me. They supplied a new remote and when I still couldn't synch it, Jon was happy for me to bring bag and remote in and do it for me. I was relieved and delighted. As I say, a small issue in the grand scheme of things but it made my day / week. Thank you.

Superb customer service

Superb customer service. We reported an issue with our Slinger machine to Jon and he immediately responded and arranged for the pick-up and repair of it. The machine was sent back to us days later and is working better than ever. Thank you!

Good Company

Excellent service from Framework Sports when my slinger machine had issues. It was still under warranty and they collected it, mended it and returned it all within a few days and no hassle. Quick response to emails. Good firm in my opinion.
