I am writing this following a recent final refusal from Paul Hilse’s leadership team regarding a long-standing refund dispute. While I enrolled in October 2023, the matter remained open due to ongoing ‘support extensions’ that I now realise were a tactic to delay a resolution.
I invested $7,500 in the program and another $1,500+ into production for my channel 'Historical Explora'. From the start, the process was misleading: Angel Rivera (who enrolled me) promised a payment plan but then forced a one-time $7,500 payment. Despite this, I followed the curriculum and posted 13 professional videos, but the channel generated zero revenue.
At the 6-month mark, I was eligible for a refund under Section 12. Instead, Mihail persuaded me to take an 'extension.' During our talk, he even claimed a refund wasn't a good idea because the company has 'people on payroll' to pay. This is unprofessional; my contractual guarantee should not be used to fund their overhead. Recently, Joy (Paul’s business partner) used 'fine print' technicalities to deny the refund.
