It's terrible trying to get a specialist, I have been this company for years, they will leave you in pain for weeks

Cut out almost every physician in Volusia county. The ones remaining are overbooked for 6+ months. I cannot get a general appointment to maintain my prescriptions or a referral for my specialist for my lifesaving prescription. It's called eldercare murder

Trying to call to have my address removed from their mail lists - the flyer I got today said they are open 8am - 8pm EST 7 days a week. I called at 1pm EST on a Saturday and got a voice message saying the offices were closed and the hours were 8am - 11pm 7 days a week. Please call back during their normal office hours. SMH - I called during their advertised office hours.

I have Freedom Health's medicare supplement. It's AWESOME! Most importantly they accept the primary care physician I've been going to for 15yrs so that's key! Also, unlike the one I had last year, there is NO COST. Also every month we get FOR FREE $80 in groceries (can get them at all the big Groceries such as Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart etc) and FOR FREE $100 over the counter supplies like COQ10, Airborne, Gummy Vitamin C etc that we order directly from Freedom online and delivered to us with no cost whatsoever. THIS IS THE BEST INSURANCE PRODUCT I HAVE EVER HAD. And by the way, we are normal middle class folks (not welfare at all), so there is not a financial requirement we had to qualify for. The few times I've had to deal with their customer service, they were just dandy... I honestly don't see why anyone wouldn't go with them for their Medicare supplement???! They are even a LOCAL Business based in the same town as us, Venice FL. I think they may only offer insurance in Florida so if out of state, check with them for availability. Cheers!

Worst Medicare insurance ever. They decline every thing and make you do all kinds of crazy stuff. Biggest insurance scam ever. It like real elder abuse. Medicare. Gov needs to look into these guys
