Wonderful customer service
Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. It might take a bit longer than other companies, but It's always very personal, professional and helpful.

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. It might take a bit longer than other companies, but It's always very personal, professional and helpful.
I entered incorrect information during a transaction and the customer support was very helpful and very fast in providing information, the digital product and taking all the necessary actions to correct my mistake.
They handled my order very poorly without contacting me to say one of my book was out of print and putting my order on hold indefinitely. I discovered it 2 weeks later only by asking why my order wasn't shipped.
Then, whitout asking me how to proceed, they refunded me one of the two books in the order without changing the amount of shipping (obviously too much for only one book) and wihtout asking me if maybe I would have liked a sustitution.
Clearly customer management is not their job
they will make you waste your time on driving 1+hours
instead of let you choose where your package will be shipped to.
Shipped only part of an order due to out of stock issues, but doesn't consider it important enough to let me know. Order arrives missing items, no email, no nothing.
Also, they actually REMOVED the order tracking site they had so now you have to email to find out WTH is going on with your order. They are seriously going backwards in Customer Service improvements...
As with others, amazing games but terrible service. I live out in Singapore so expect some delivery issues but I've placed orders with FL that only get despatched 6- 8 weeks later after begging the customer service to give me some kind of update.
As far as I can tell, the issues are with their distributor who will just sit on an order until they are forced to send it. My latest experience is with a pre-order I made - I know dozens of people with this title in their hands who did not pre-order, they just went to a con and purchased it. Meanwhile, Free League took the 20+USD i paid for delivery and sent this title UNTRACKED and here I am a month later still with no title.
This isn't the first time either, I ordered Dragonbane and it took 6 weeks for a packing label to be printed. I had a similar experience with the Symbaroum bundle I purchased a few years ago
If FL put 1% of the effort they use to make games into actually getting them into the hands of their paying customers, they would be unstoppable
Bought a huge Forbidden Lands package on June 21st. Now nearly 20 days later.
Nothing has arrived.
Attempted to reach out 4 times, but no response to my emails.
Im quite in doubt if i will get my product, and very disappointed.
I ordered Blade Runner RPG from them and a week later they had a summer sale with significant discounts. I wrote to customer service and they refunded me the savings.
As other have mentioned. Be aware that you can get a 20% discount if you sign up without completing the order.
Free League have grown so fast in recent times I know it isn't easy when success comes so quickly. Their products are simply beautiful and made with love.
I recently had some issues with an order and my emails I think went into a spam folder so initially I had a bad experience. However the true test is how a company deals with an issue and in that they really went the extra mile to resolve my issue and ensure I was happy.
Daniel resolved all my issues and was incredibly professional, I even got a reply on a Sunday. I genuinely think they are a great company worth supporting and the products are gorgeous. They are clearly working very hard to keep up with demand.
Ordered two items on Sunday, both delivered on the Wednesday. Items were well packaged and with no damage/issues.
They can fulfil within the UK, so if you’re elsewhere delivery will likely not be as prompt.
Just be aware when making your first order they may send you a 20% discount code as your account is created. I didn’t see this until after the fact so couldn’t use it, but that’s not the company’s fault.
Prices are decent and the P&P isn’t too bad all things considered.
Overall, very happy and would use again.
Don't get me wrong, their games are great. The value proposition of their products is generally very good too.
The problem is their customer service is poor or non-existent. They frustrate their customers by giving a 20% discount code AFTER a purchase is made and not warn you before hand (postage isn't cheap so you normally order a large amount at once).
They NEVER reply to customer support requests. And I have not been given my PDF copies of my orders. Just as someone else recommended, I would avoid dealing with them directly and shop elsewhere. To be honest, I feel like they just don't care about their customers at all.
UPDATE: After a bit over 2 months months, I finally got my PDFs. Still disappointed but bumping up by one star. They make fantastic games, I just wish the customer support was better.
