Sorry to hear that the Freely App didn't work as expected.

One common reason a policy doesn't appear in the App is when a different email address was used to purchase the policy than the one used to sign-up to Freely App.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the disruption to your trip and the frustration this has caused for you and your family.

Under Freely’s policy, coverage for flight delays is limited to specific situations outlined in the policy wording. As per our product Disclosure Statement it does state: We will not pay for claims caused by transport provider cancellations, delays or rescheduling other than when caused by strikes. This exclusion does not apply to the unused portion of any accommodation, day tour or car hire.
