Finger Weg von diesem Shop!!! Fasche Größe geschickt, Ware entspricht 0 der Beschreibung. Billiger Chinaschrott zu hohem Preis. Warte seit 2 Monaten auf eine Teilrückerstattung. Man wird ständig nur hingehalten. Eine Rücksendung ist zwar möglich, dann aber auf eigene Kosten und die nach Honkong. Eine Antwort per Mail erhält man auch erst nach 2-3 Wochen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ich empfehle mit PayPal zu zahlen und wenn der Shop nicht reagiert, kann man PayPal einschalten und man bekommt sein Geld komplett zurück.

Wollte Bestellte Ware zurück senden, nicht möglich. Statt dessen wird zumindest eine Teilrückerstattung versprochen welche bis heute noch nicht erfolgt ist. Begründung die Servicemitarbeiter sind überlastet,

Lasst die Finger von dem Unternehmen. Habe vor der Bestellung extra auf der Homepage geschaut, ob man die Ware kostenfrei zurücksenden kann, was auch der Fall war. Als ich die Ware dann erhalten habe musste ich feststellen, dass mir die falsche Größe geliefert wurde. Nach einigem hin und her mit dem Kundensupport wurde mir dann endlich eine Rücksende-Adresse in Hongkong genannt, aber man teilte mit mehrfach mit, dass dies auf eigene Kosten geschehen müsse. Habe also einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet und siehe da, der Betrag wurde komplett erstattet.
Absolut keine Empfehlung!

If I could use a negative number I would have. horrible customer service!!!!!! Just because they are from another country doesn’t give them the right to NOT back up their products. I am sick of our country allowing lousy products!

Not anywhere close to what they advertised. Quality is ridiculous. They took a bunch of 32 A bras and sewed larger back straps and shoulder straps and sent them out as 38 H bras.

Schlechte Qualität, Größenangaben falsch, keine Rücksendung möglich! Finger weg!

I was promised to get a partial refund, but it never got processed. It took a long time to get a response.

Worst policy:
Even though there is a return policy, the store is in Hong Kong somewhere, which makes it hard to return. You have to pay for the shipping which is expensive. When tried to return, I was offered a partial refund without returning the product, but it never got processed.

FreelyWear sizing chart is not truthful. The size selections are all listed, but what you receive is not the size you select. Ordered a 32B. Item received had no markings anywhere of a 32B. All it had on it was an “M” ( supposedly meaning Medium.). That’s false advertising. Medium can mean different things to different customers. If you list an exact size in your size chart that is what you expect to see on the purchase. Very very deceptive. Plus they want me to pay for return shipping and would only receive a partial refund. I would not encourage anyone to buy from this very deceptive Seller! Buyer Beware!!

Poor product. They do not refund. They say that they offer refunds. But then they ask you to return it to Hong Kong. And that they will do a partial refund. Very shady company.

This is a scam. The bra is awful and extremely uncomfortable. Here is the email I received from them when I asked for a full refund.
Full Refund:
Make sure that everything must be intact. Never be worn and washed under original condition. The shipping fee for return is on your side.
Our warehouse is in Hong Kong. Please check the postage you may cost at your local post office, if you want to return it to Hong Kong.

Partial Refund:
We will only charge you a part of the logistics cost and half of the product fee. The rest will be refunded to you. At the same time, you can keep the goods without returning them. Because the transportation takes too long and very complicated.

I ordered bras from woobily. My order was wrong size. I returned item back as it came. They refuse to refund me back my money. Be careful who you order from if your gonna order off line.

Please don't buy from there, bad quality products, fittings are not good. And they don't want to take returns and give refunds. They are scammers.

Absolutely 💯 total crap, this is unbelievable!!! you can't even call them bras, they don't hold nothing, you have to be either a man or totally flat chested to even wear the friggin things, waste of money, $63 wasted, you people are robbing all these ladies....DON'T ORDER THESE SO CALLED BRAS!!! 😡😡

Terrible product and even worse customer service

Would rate a 0 if I could. Ordered and it’s been 6 weeks. No customer service, no refund, first my bras are in “customs” now they “don’t have enough materials to make due to high demand” even though they told me they were shipped but gave me a fake shipping track number. Wish I would have read more reviews. DO. NOT FALL FOR IT. There’s not even a real person to speak to.

I ordered a shirt for Halloween. It was the worst quality I have ever seen and you couldn’t read the words. They would only issue a refund after I sent the shirt back to Hong Kong which they said would cost me more than the price of the shirt. It’s under dispute at my bank.
