Avoid it all costs. Got halfway through my Will so I decided not to go ahead with this company. Didn’t even finish up and got an email saying my Will was finalised questioned it and got a very abusive email back.

Update - anyone reading their reply to this will be absolutely staggered that this is from a professional company and will be very detrimental to them once people read it. I’m staggered that they’ve put this reply on here as well.At least everyone gets to see this.

It’s also worth noting that the person who replied to this clearly has some issues or is going through some issues so hopefully they get the help that they need

I’ve used the free will service twice. Both times it was quick, relevant and easy to fill out. You can save your account and it speeds up the process of updating your will. The will is verified by a solicitor which is great reassurance. Wonderful service from great company, highly recommend

Doing my will through FreeWills.co.uk was a straightforward and clear experience for someone like me without any legal experience. Not only that, there was a swift response when I found myself with questions, and support and advice which enabled me to navigate elements which were not straightforward. In the end, with personal help from FreeWills I was able to deal with other implications which arose. Absolutely excellent service.

Excellent service providing a free will that is legal and free of charge for pdf copy of will (you can pay a bit extra if you so wish for a paper copy, or to have your will registered on the national wills database, which I did pay for this as I imagine having it registered helps. It was easy to complete the will online, very straightforward. Then I printed it off and you can get a couple of independent people (work colleagues, doctor, etc) to witness it. All in all a very good free / low cost service thanks.

You can make a donation as little as £5.00 for a PDF Will or a quality printed Will from them for extra. Great service.

Quick, simple and with easy to follow guidelines

Solicitors and Free are two words you very rarely see together so I was sceptical when I saw the offer. But yes it is true and not only that this company offer a first class service. The online template is both easy to understand and complete. I completed and submitted the will at the request of my partner. The first draft was not right but this was due to my mistake entering a paragraph in the wrong place. This was quickly rectified and another draft sent.

All email enquiries are quickly answered with friendly and helpful advice. And yes this was all free. In this day and age when services such as these are so expensive and generally substandard it was a pleasure dealing with FreeWill.co.uk. Thank you
