I spoke with Greg today about shipping goods via our own transport to Northern Ireland. I'm a real rookie at this so needed as much support as I could get. He was so clear and meticulous about the information he provided in a very customer supportive manner and also signposted me to their partner in customs admin. Well done, Greg - you're one of those guys who are an asset to your company.

Absolutely shocking.I clearly stated the number of drivers and had received the price of £380. I did not give any authorisation to charge me £485. It’s really shocking that after a week they had charged me additional charge for second driver even though I had informed them about it before making the request of the price.

Second time they let me down ,they just said wait for refund 5 working days and do what ever you want ...worst customer Service After 12 hours driving omg isn't not fair book hotel extra costing don't ever make mistake with them again .....
