This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. I haven’t received a response to my messages, nor have I received a refund. I will be filing a complaint. Buyer beware. I don’t believe this is a legitimate company.

I received my harnesses and i do realize your polices,but they were way too small for my frenchie. All i wanted to do was exchange them and you wouldn’t even do that. They weren’t cheap and i bought 2 sets.. that was upsetting . I’m sorry but i was very disappointed..

Legs didn’t fit but would have been to expensive to send back ..So just cut legs off disappointed

The store provides incorrect measurement for its goods - I’ve seen many other clients complain of it in feedback , and the store ignores customers feedback and refuses to accept back the goods , breaking the clients rights . Worst shop and service I’ve ever had to deal with . Really worst .

Shipping you faster buying from China!! Took too long that puppies grew and now need medium lol

I ordered two size small dog collars and the matching leashes. I receive the cactus collar in a large size. I emailed the company and told them of their mistake and they said to bad. They won't do exchanges or send me the right size. I am very unhappy with this. The collar was cute too. I have a leash now that doesn't go with any of the collars we have.

Always love a Frenchie Store harness. No other brand fits as well.

The material used for these pajamas have hardly any stretch so I had to order one size bigger because the first ones weren’t long enough from neck to tail. The ones in the bigger size that I just received are too long in the legs so I have to roll them up and my French bulldog is taller than most. Plus they are shipped from China and it takes a long time to get them.

Poor order completion. An error in entering order and was not noticed and stated until 9 days later. Payment has been made for the order. 16 days later and no notice about shipment of the order.
