FreshBet Casino has repeatedly and deliberately overcharged me on deposits for over 6 months. I authorized specific GBP amounts (e.g. £500, £1,000), but was consistently charged £40–£90 extra, sometimes more, through shady third-party processors like Destream, Pix, Goldveils, Fint, and Lyv.

At no point during the deposit process was I warned about fees, foreign currency charges, or extra costs — and there is nothing in their terms disclosing this. I agreed to pay specific amounts via my bank, and they charged me far more. That’s not just bad service — that’s unauthorized financial activity.

I contacted support with screenshots, merchant names, and proof. They ignored it. Then they stalled. Then they had the audacity to demand 6 months of personal bank statements — even though they can see all my deposit activity on their side. They’ve since gone totally silent.

I’ve filed a formal complaint with their regulator (Antillephone, license 8048/JAZ) and initiated chargebacks through my bank for all overcharges (currently over £2,000). I’ll also be reporting this to Action Fraud UK.

If you’re reading this and considering joining FreshBet — don’t. This isn’t just poor support. This is a rigged, abusive platform that takes more money than you authorize and hides behind vague excuses. Avoid at all costs.

I requested to time out my account several times, when they finally timed it out they refused to tell me how much I’d lost. You incur charges to deposit, charges to withdraw and I’ve lost thousands. Do the right thing by your friends and family and don’t play this site. You can NOT win. The reason they are not governed by the UK gambling commission is because this sites tilted massively in their favour. Today I quit gambling forever.

These thieves stole my deposit and then lied trying to claim it wasn’t sent to the correct blockchain network even though I’ve confirmed with my crypto supplier that it was in fact sent to the correct network and when I called fresh bet out on it they closed the chat and blocked me from being able to use the feature to communicate and informed me they weren’t going to credit me my deposit or supply a refund . They are a total joke and a rip off and a criminally ran scamsino! Do yourself a favor and run far the other way and spend your money literally anywhere except with them..: they’ll rip you off and you can go on AskGamblers and casino guru or google to confirm what I’m telling you ..
