I ordered a top for my fiancé’s birthday which arrived very quickly but unfortunately it didn’t fit. It was a very nice well made top though. I contacted customer services straight away to enquire about an exchange and they were super helpful. Unfortunately I tested positive for covid and contacted the team to let them know so that I could at least return it after I recover, and again they were very helpful and supportive. They respond quickly, deliver quickly and seemed to genuinely want to help. If I could give 10 stars I would!

One of the items I ordered came with part of the pocket not stitched together, I emailed to question this and the issue was resolved extremely well! Would give more starts if I could.
Tracksuit is a brilliant fit and very comfortable!

Brought many items from you guys now. Every time it's 10/10

One wash and it doesn't fit you. Never had a t-shirt shrink from large to a small in one wash. Pointless paying for a t-shirt you can only use once.
After spending a lot of money here liking the products, not until I washed them did I realise my t-shirt turns into a flannel. Shocking.

The hoodie I bought looks good but keeps shedding and stained my bed sheet, floor and anything I put it on. Very discouraging and makes me worried and haven't worn it again since.

Ordered a tracksuit top and tshirt for my partners birthday and I must say we was both impressed.

The material is great very thick and the sizing is perfect.

I ended up ordering the bottoms to match the top and ordered a size L however it was no longer in stock so fresh couture emailed me straight away and offered me a different size or refund.

I then asked for a different size to be sent and they dispatched it straight away it.

I’ve bought from this company on quite a few occasions now and I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. The clothing is nice, material is really good and the fit is great.

The prices are really reasonable, especially in such a competitive market where pricing seems to be getting higher and higher.

Whenever I’ve needed to contact customer services I’ve always had a quick response and a resolution has always been reached very quickly.

I hope they keep doing what sets them apart from everyone else.

Very very very disappointed. The dress has already started fluffing from the inside abs I have only worn it once. I made mistake by buying 8 at a go. But I will never buy again. They look fabulous but very poor quality. Don’t waste you. Obey folks.

Bought numerous items and love all of them fit is perfect and quality of materials is top,had a small issue with a pair of tracksuit bottoms that had burst after only wearing a few times but absolutely delighted with the response I received as a new pair are heading to me to replace damaged ones 1st class service if only all companies we're as good at after sales service as Fresh Couture 👏👏👏.

Received a really nice pair of jog pants, but they had a stain on the front. Sent photos to fresh couture and they immediately sent a replacement. Brilliant service

So. Placed an order with Fresh Couture of a pair of Joggers and several T-shirts. Delivery turned up a bit later than expected. But this was due to Royal Mail, not Fresh Couture tbf. Quality is fantastic. Thick, rich cotton on the Tee's. Lovely Joggers. The only problem being their sizing is off imo. I'm 5ft10. Athletic build. Medium in basically everything I buy. The Medium's I purchased absolutely swamped me. As a result I returned all but one item for exchanges. Returns were simple. And recieved the replacements promptly. Overall very happy with my experiences purchasing from this company.

Great looking T Shirts and the quality is definitely one of the best I've come across. Quite big made so I'd recommend dropping a size compared to your normal. Delivery and service is spot on. No complaints at all. Will definitely use again

The quality and price on these cloths is unbelievably good,I've bought loads of different t-shirts brands over the years but fresh couture is definitely got the best fit I've had and the best quality material,will definitely be shopping with them from now on 👍🏻
