Order the shoes they where selling and never got my order scam out of China

Back in July I'm looking at a Hey, dude website and I order 2 pair of shoes. They were on sale and a month later. Still, I follow the tracker. Then all of a sudden the tracker disappears, so I find the email and I send them an email asking, can I get the tracker? So a customer service manager responds that the package says it was delivered They were gonna rescind it. Okay. Now, a month later, that was in August. Now, a month later, in September, I emailed them asking what's going on with the package? Will they send me this 678 tracker that everybody on the internet says is a scam doesn't exist. Then I get another email saying they'll give me back so much of my money.\n So right now, it's been almost 3 months. I'm only at like $25. I mean, I'd like to have the 25. I'd rather have the 2 pair of shoes. To be honest, but without being said, I'll never order from them again. This was all speech to text , so please ignore any typos

Well, where do I start. I ordered my husband a few things from this site, and that was in July. I have reached out to them and they kept saying it was delivered, but I never see it. And now they said they can refund me 70% since it says it was delivered, But I know that's not going to happen. This fake company is nothing but a huge scam. It needs to be shut down.

Hey Dude” brand shoes. The website looked like it was endorsed by Hey Dude but apparently they just copied logos and info from the real website. I prefer 4 pairs of shoes and received a confirmation of the order. The. I received a tracking number for my shipment along with a link. The link went to a shady website called track718. This website gave vague information about shipments going to named airports. I tried using the tracking number on American tracking sites but the number was unrecognizable . 4 weeks later track718 reports my package as delivered to my home address, however I received nothing. Immediately I contacted freshmodeclothing about the problem. They apologized and immediately claimed to resend my order. This time sending me a tracking number to another bogus tracking site called track678. These sites are designed to seem like a package is on the way but it’s just a scam that buy time so the scammers can try to get your money

They pretend to send you your order with fake tracking sites. They say it is delivered but it is not. They pretend to reship it with a different fake tracking site and once again say it is delivered but it is not. This is a scam. They do not give you a refund either.
