I am a very new user of Freshpay having moved from another payroll provider. I wasn’t too sure if I had set it up correctly and without the help I would have struggled. Customer service is beyond excellent. I can’t thank you enough for your assistance. I feel a little less stressed now going forward.

I've been using FreshPay since starting my practice last year. I've found the software easy to use, as have my clients with the employer and employee portals. I've recently had to use the daily drop-ins for a couple of questions/issue I've come across and the team have been extremely helpful and I've come off with the answer I needed - it's a great service. I would definitely recommend FreshPay to anyone looking for payroll software.
Freshpay is so user friendly and the pricing is very competitive. The support team have been incredibly quick to respond to any queries and their youtube videos made learning the software so easy to understand. Would definitely recommend this to accountants and business owners, it's fantastic!

Best customer service ever! As a new user I've had a steep learning curve and required a lot of extra hand-holding, but thanks to FreshPay's drop-in Zoom sessions it's been a lot less painful. Thanks from SBS Accountancy Ltd
