Poor customer service & attitude. I would recommend using a different more proactive estate agent who lets you view properties

I did use this company now rebranded themselves with the name Colubrid!
I would definitely advise not to use Colubrid,and go with a known Estate agents You might pay a bit more.
Like my Gran always stated. You pay cheap. You pay twice
I paid over £4k to colubird ...Definitely advise you use a well known especially that has been established for years

The Director Mark needs to remove his Ego/chip whereby he thinks his company is perfect and the customer is wrong.
My complaint was in September, its now November and I had to push,contact Him to get a response..All by emails ,shows even the MD cannot call a customer whom put food on his table but sends emails ...Cold customer service
I have nothing to gain but state that I wish I had never wasted my money on this unprofessional company. If you want an headache chose Colubird

If you are thinking of using Fresh Property to sell your house please take two minutes to read my account of their services. I suspect it will save you a lot of time, hassle and possibly money...
I had high expectations using this agent which is why i chose to use them instead of your big name internet based providers, however, when it came down to it there services were totally inadequate and did not fulfill my expectations
The pictures taken for the Rightmove advert were poor - I had to advise the agent on different angles to get the best photos
The floor plan was incorrect
I asked for an open house but this was not communicated internally and didn't happen
I took all the viewings with their agents unable to make time to do so
The agents did not do their best to get me the best price, forgetting that other people had shown an interest - I had to remind them of this
They did not manage the sale of my property once an offer was agreed. They called me up three days after I had exchanged to tell me I was completing in two days time.... two days notice.... my previous communication with them was a month prior
My buyer could never get hold of Fresh Property, I had to speak with her directly and manage it myself. She asked if I could do the hand over of the keys in person because she was worried she may not get the keys on the day if left down to the agent
I emailed these concerns to Fresh Property after the sale of my property and to summarise their response 'we introduced the buyer to you and therefore we have done our job'
It is a shame as I expected a professional service which this company clearly does not offer.
I would suggest anyone looking at selling their property that wants anything more than an internet based agent offers should look else where and not use Fresh Property
