Resposta da Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass
Hi Carmen, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We hear your frustration with the temperature control in that specific room, and our maintenance team has resolved the issue. Regarding the wrong bed size, it looks like you booked on a third-party website. We often have more flexibility when you reserve directly with us. We hope we can host you again and improve your impression of the Independence Square Hotel.
Great place in the heart of Aspen! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
