Originally, I was disappointed that I was told there was an issue with my device as I had checked it before sending it & could not see anything to make me think the original value quoted could be reduced. There was no visible damage & it was never out of a leather flip case. However, the response I received was appropriate & satisfactory.

Very easy process to use
Very easy process to use. Inputted the information about my phone and was pleased with the price that I was quoted. It was easy to send the phone off with the Royal Mail collection from my house. The phone was quickly assessed and the full amount paid straight into my account.

Revalued by £35 quoting faults that didn't exist
I was quoted £195 for my apple iPhone 12 64 gb. It is a red one in excellent condition as can be proven by the photos I took before I sent it in.
I have just received notification that this has been downgraded to £160 due to "2 large scratches in the bottom left , dent and small chip". there were no such faults with my device when I sent it off and if there are now it's due to their handling of my device.

Very disappointed. Frift claimed phone was damaged and revalued the iPhone. Even though when it left me it was in Perfect condition after been kept in a LifeProof case all the time I had it. Be cautious as they will charge you £10 to return your phone!!!! BE AWARE!!!!!

All devices are looked at on a case-by-case basis by our technicians. Unfortunately, your device did not match the description selected due to the multiple paint chips.
It does state in our terms and on C&R that if you wish for the device to be returned, this does incur a £10 admin fee to cover the return postage back to you.

Great customer service, happy with the price, and excellent communication/updates from Tom.
Used WeBuyAnyPhone and got a silly revised price back, so wasted £15 on royal mail postage.

Outstanding Company & Outstanding Service
Frift are an outstanding company. I firstly got a quote from one of the ‘Big Companies’ who offered me an awful price for my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
I came across Frift online and decided to send my phone to them. Well, they have paid the price they quoted me online. The gentleman who called me to confirm the price was pleasant, friendly and gave me a timescale on when the funds will be with me.
The gentleman also mentioned how excellent the condition of my iPhone is. It was a pleasure doing business and i will be sure to use your company in the future 😊.

Old phones for cash
They were very quick in sending me the return pack which had very clear instructions on how to safely pack the phone, so it was not damaged in transit. All in all a great service I would recommend this company too my friends and family.

I’d never heard of the company but was…
I’d never heard of the company but was trying to get the best price for my iPhone, so was checking them all out. I was offered an amount but it was knocked down due to a mark I had missed. Other than that the service was fast and the money was in my bank the day after they received the phone. I would definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend them to others
