I ordered two dresses on 13th February…

I ordered two dresses on 13th February for a special occasion. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days. I have still not received the dresses and delivery status says unfulfilled?
I have sent several emails requesting an update but not receive a reply. I have now asked for my order to be cancelled as the date I needed it for has passed.
Terrible customer service.

I ordered a dress from this company for…

I ordered a dress from this company for my sister’s wedding. While ironing it the day before the event, I noticed the stitching was extremely poor, loose threads, uneven seams, and some areas barely holding together. Unfortunately, it was too late to find a replacement, so I had no choice but to wear it.

When I contacted customer service afterward, they refused to offer a refund. I asked for a replacement of the same dress instead, hoping they’d make things right. What I received was incredibly disappointing, a completely different garment in cheap polyester fabric, and at least two sizes smaller than what was stated on the label.

Despite sending clear photographic evidence showing the differences, the company insists it’s the same dress and refuses to acknowledge the issue. I expected much better quality and service. I won’t be purchasing from them again, and I recommend others don’t either.

STUNNING dresses and great service…

STUNNING dresses and great service (fast delivery, responsive customer service team).
I ordered 3 dresses and they were more beautiful in real life than on the pictures. Good quality materials and great design. I’m a fan.

Amazing customer service! Really fast response via email and help made sure I had the right dresses for my brother's wedding! Thank you to the wonderful team for being so kind and helpful!

Love the dresses too! So comfy and pretty!

Quick delivery and easy return

I am suprised to see so many negative reviews here. I recently ordered a dress which was delivered quickly, well packaged. It was a lovely dress but unfortunately, it didn't fit my body shape so had to return. The return process was smooth and easy.

Dress arrived with glue down the lace…

Dress arrived with glue down the lace and all of the embroidery fraying. Really poor quality for how expensive the dress was. Contacted customer service who said there was nothing they could do as the dress is now out of stock so to just return it. They didn’t even seem surprised at how bad quality the dress was when it arrived.

Very poor quality!

Very poor quality!! I spent over £100 on a dress. It's ripped in one use.i wore for a party and hardly moved around but the net in the bottom is not bordered properly. Dress ripped from there. Customer service is absolutely poor and can't read emails properly! Only read what they want., refused to give me any kind of help. Never buying again!!

Excellent service

I read the reviews of this website after I already placed my order and some of them made me a little nervous. That’s why I decided to leave this review even though I didn’t keep my dress.

The experience buying from this website was flawless from beginning to end. I received a confirmation email immediately and a dispatch email the next day. The dress was delivered by Royal Mail and I could track it the whole way. I wasn’t going to be in on the expected delivery day so I changed it to 4 days later and it arrived exactly as planned.
The dress was beautiful and very flattering. Unfortunately the colour did not suit my skin tone. I packed the dress back in the original packaging and used the free returns label provided. I was able to track the parcel back to the store with Royal Mail and got an email to confirm my refund was being processed on the same day it arrived back in the store.

Even though I didn’t keep the dress I would most definitely order from them again.

Really delighted with my dress

Really delighted with my dress, it is fabulous, the embroidery is quite beautiful, with a touch of sparkle, it fits beautifully and is just as described. A real special occasion party dress! It arrived in a couple of days, used Royal Mail tracking service, professionally packaged and delivered at the time promised. It did have good returns labelling, but thankfully that won't be necessary.

5 * Customer service

I was in need of a dress for a wedding and saw the most beautiful dress l on this site. Unsure if it would suit me was another thing all together - so I checked the policy and found it was free returns. I checked reviews on site and saw they were positive therefore went on to complete the order. I then received no confirmation yet money had been taken out my bank. I panicked after reading reviews on here and emailed them requesting to immediately cancel my order and refund the money. Not expecting much luck (re. Reviews) I was glad to receive an immediate helpful response that they would act on my request and a refund would be back in my bank in 3-5 days which I received 3days later. I was pleasantly surprised and needn’t have worried at all. I would definitely order from this site again.

Never received my item but Frock & Frill won't refund me!

I ordered a dress almost two weeks ago for a wedding, it was sent next day delivery (pre 12pm) to ensure it would come in time. Just before 12pm I had confirmation the dress had been delivered but there was no sign of it and I'd been home all morning. It gave a name of the person who had signed for it but as I didn't recognise it as any of my Neighbours names I thought I'd best call Frock & Frill who informed me the dress had mistakenly been delivered by DPD to a nearby business address but didn't tell me which business or where, they just gave the options to try to retrieve the dress and deliver a.s.a.p or issue a refund. As the dress would no longer arrive on time, I asked for a refund to which I was told I would have to wait for the dress to be returned to them before I could have my refund. Now, bearing in mind it wasn't my mistake that the dress was sent to the wrong address and that I've not actually at any point had the dress in my possession, I expressed my frustration and said I think it's unfair that my refund isn't issued straight away as it was down to DPD to reimburse Frock & Frill if the dress isn't returned and nothing to to with me.
However, getting on for nearly two weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund! I can safely say, I won't be purchasing anything else from Frock & Frill!

As promised over email, we refunded your order as soon as DPD confirmed that the parcel was on it's way back to us.

Previous to this, DPD was following your original instruction to redeliver the parcel as soon as possible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a dress from their wedding dress range. It was extremely poor quality when it arrived- unhemmed, loose threads, random seams, and smelled really bad- a mixture of body sweat and a more acrylic paint smell. I sent the dress back straight away and asked for a refund and they are refusing my refund as they say that I returned it damaged. The ‘damage’ they are listing are the exact reasons I sent it back to them! Absolutely shocking customer service. To suggest that it is my fault that their dress is poorly made is ridiculous. I am reporting them to the consumer watchdog to try and get my refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Disappointing items and costs a fortune to return them.

I can't recommend this company as the items I ordered did not look like they did in the pictures. I ordered a dress and the underlay (the top layer was lace and beading) was cheap looking. I've had better quality in dresses of £20. The jumpsuits top was absolutely beautiful but the bottom part looked poorly made. The fabric was cheap and nasty looking and the seam running up my tummy not straight (I do have a flat tummy so it wasn't that). It felt heavy and like it was good quality but you could see the trouser part wasn't right. So I had to return both items - and I should have read the terms better but it cost me over £11 to return it - as they recommend tracking the parcel. I didn't not want them coming with a story that it wasn't received as I'd spent over £300. On top of the £4.99 initial delivery charge this meant more than £16 and I won't have anything to show for it. I won't use this company again and can not in all honesty recommend them unless you are 100% sure you will keep their items. I'd recommend going to a store where you can actually see the items beforehand. Seriously not happy.
