I used to like this site, but over the last few months it changed and I felt the games were no longer random and I was not getting any wins at all. I contacted customer service many times, I was fed, a load of rubbish about totally random, inspected etc. Eventually, I elicited from them that I had reached my “RTP” - Return to Person , this is apparently a win limitation applied by some mysterious outsider force (they didn’t know who) that applied a restriction on winning anymore more against me (despite me NEVER withdrawing any winnings) so I was spending money with NO CHANCE of winning. I don’t expect to beat the house but that’s dishonest and misleading to encourage a person to pour money into their site with Nil chance of a return at all. Surely this can’t be legal? I think it’s disgusting , underhand and deceitful and I will be contacting the gambling commission about it.
So my advice?
DO NOT USE this site it will just devour your money like it did mine and offer you NO chance of winning even a token amount. I’ve been abused and mugged off by them

This is a great site with a good selection of games. I started playing before I read the reviews so was a bit worried. I can honestly say I know there are alot of bad reviews but I withdrawn and got my winnings. The only downside is you have to wait 3 days for your withdrawl to go from pending to complete but i did get it the day after. You can only withdrawal £500 at a time aswell. Other than that its a good casino and this is an honest review as you will see i have left quiet a few reviews from other sites.

I found this casino via AskGamblers as “available in Bulgaria,” yet normal mobile internet use was treated as a violation. Proceed with caution.

I been playing for more then a year now depositing wuthdrawing.. they alwasy come with rules that not true give you a 100 eu bonus make you wager 3400 and after that taken most of your winnings..
I won this time had withdraw of 500 but it got cancelled for some fake rule. I did what they asked wuthdraw after a week they cancel because "wrong bank info" but its automaticly filled in and im sure it was good but i did another withdraw. While that was pending made about 1350 more. After 5 days pending they took 1770 from my account for some rule i did not break when i mail them or chat they say disicion is final but they made a mistake but its final.

Please don't use this casino, they will just take your money. I won £450 and tried to withdraw. They told me i could only withdraw £375 so I did so. Next day they mailed me to say they have voided my withdrawal because I used a VPN. I did not use a VPN but they wouldn't accept it. They took all my balance and left me with nothing

This site caters only about taking your money, the games are not random and there is never any win that happens when that can be taken out, there is always a large wager in the way. They take no responsibility for a duty of care towards their customers and despite being told having an account was causing actual physical mental and financial harm they refused to close the account. They are a disgrace. Do recommend using at all

I’m playing from Sweden and I’m going to raport to the Swedish Spelinspection. This should be ban. I deposited 300£ and won more then 500£ but I withdrawed 500£ more then 3 days I waited and the withdrawal is not processed.

hi there so i am furious .Everyday i was getting messages from froggybet about 100% back as cashback on losses so after 6 months of emails i joined and deposited £240 and lost it .It clearly states and a number of advisors have stated the cashback goes in withinin 1 calendar day its now the 2nd calendar day and i have had no cashback .I sent an email and its states they take 24hour to get back to me its now 2 days no email .And today i have been waiting for someone to answer on the live chat for 1 hour .I am starting to think i have been completely scammed .They also said there uk based but people on here are saying there not

This means this is categorically a scam as you have to risk 70% of your deposit and give them the money which they will NOT pay you!!!

If you deposit £100,£1000 and say £500,their ‘terms’ are that you cannot bet anymore than £30 and if you do,it js void.This is so fraudulent it beggars belief as what they do is to get people to deposit money and then makes excuses not to pay them and you have no chance of ever getting paid as they only allow €500 every 10 days to be withdrawn.

If you want to literally throw money away - bet with Famagousta BV as they want to take money in and as there are no regulations in Costa Rica (yet) they just want to rob people.

Also and CRITICALLY all the positive reviews on here are fake as they all have one review??????

Worst casino ever , I have won over £40k then lost to £12k( those found wasn’t related to any bonus ) , I have place a withdrawal of £500 as that’s the limit on their site after a week they have provided the withdrawal and immediately after it has been processed they have removed the £12k from my account , in the first place they said that players with only 1 deposit can win maximum of 15x of initial deposit, so I have prove to them that I made more the 1 deposit , then they came out with another excuse about max wins from the bonus but the money in my account wasn’t related to any bonus so that’s wahat I have send to them and ask for a brake down statement and how the calculate the deduction, after that obviously the haven’t replied they just closed my account, so yes they have robbed me for £12k
