Masks delivered in a few days
Masks delivered in a few days. Same as ones used at COVID vaccination centre in West Vancouver. The only negative was a lack of reply to 2 e-Mails I sent requesting method of shipping to make sure gates were open.

Big savings, quality products and service
I started ordering from Frontier shortly after learning about them from a colleague of mine that had been ordering from them for years. I was stuck with the "Big Guys" and was nervous to make the switch. I am so happy I did! I have saved over $16k in the past 12 months since I started ordering from them. I recommend them to all my dental friends.

Disappointed
We are still patiently waiting our order of pediatric nasal hoods. Other dental office have received theirs, ordering AFTER we did. Not great customer service.

We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment due to the Nasal Hoods backorders. Unfortunately, as our sales representative discussed with you on the phone, there is a global shortage from all manufacturers due to the Global Pandemic. While at your request we had 100% refunded you, we are still hoping to get the order in to you so you can better serve your patients.
Would Purchase Again Despite Slower Delivery
Product came well packaged. I tried it out yesterday and it seems great. Delivery was slower than I expected and that made me nervous. Would purchase again.
