Excellent customer experience
I felt well informed and given plenty of choice regarding my insurance purchase. The call handler was very professional and friendly. Great service all round and happy with the final product.

Danny was really helpful. He listened to what I needed and talked me through the different options making sure the product I brought was value for money and met my needs.

Very impressed with Frontline Discount
Very impressed with Frontline Discount. Did what they said they were going to when they said they were going to do it. No hard sell and we felt they genuinely wanted us to get the best cover that met our needs. Friendly, professional and trustworthy, we sorted out our cover with a minimum of fuss. Would definitely use again.
