I will be reporting this matter to both Visa and the BBC's Watchdog Programme.
Ordered some uniform collar numbers - said they were sent, never arrived, claimed delivery had been attempted, but I wasn't left a card or any notification of delivery. Sent me a scan of a delivery saying it was at the warehouse "waiting for further instructions" and was bring returned. Emailed them and "Kris" said he would resend when they had been returned- didn't hear anything, sent chasers and then asked for a refund.
Ended up paying for the postage for something I never recieved! Just gave up after two weeks....
Awful customer service, would definately not use again. Ordered from elsewhere ans guess what, they arrived in two days!
Bought a jacket and money taken from account. It was never sent. No updates. Emails sent to customer services ignored. Absolute waste of time
Wanted to buy a surprise gift for a retire PC only to be told no. No refund given & all emails ignored, by a guy called Kris. Waste of time this company.
I a regular customer, I purchased a riot helmet for filming only. I got several emails from kris stating that I need proof I do filming, I sent him personal photos and confidential information about myself. Don't buy from them
Good prices, great customer service and speedy delivery, I would be happy to use them again in the future.
