Went to Frosts at Woburn Sands today (…
Went to Frosts at Woburn Sands today ( 3rd Sept 2024 ) for lunch about 13:00 hrs.
I am not keen on Frosts menu and ordered a Frosts Beef Burger without the gherkin and cold slaw )
So was served a dried/overcooked burger, half a lettuce leaf and less than half a tomato.
It easy the worst meal I have ever had and at a cost of over £13 was unbelievable.
Decided I would have a cup of tea. Frost ALWAYS use weak tea bags so I asked the cashier if she could put in an extra tea bag.
No.problem was the reply but it would cost me an extra £0.90 pence..I naturally said ..no way.
So overall experience very poor and will probably never use Frosts restaurant again unless I can get a bank loan to pay for it.

Good experience all round
We ordered a Kettler parasol on the website and it was a very easy experience. A day or so later I got a phone call confirming the order and the day of delivery. As stated we got a text confirming the time of delivery and a call a short while before it arrived. We are very impressed with the order process and the price and quality of the product. This is the second time we have used Frosts for garden furniture and will do again without hesitation.

They sold the plant I bought the previous day
Bought three bamboo plants at 3pm on a Sunday & arranged for them to be delivered during the week. By mid-morning on Monday they called to say they had sold one of the plants by mistake. I asked how that happened & they could not explain it.

Efficient staff at Willington
Efficient staff at Willington. Delivery details were confirmed by next day , with delivery within 7 days. Two hour delivery slot and a ohone call when staff were 20/30 minutes away. Cheerful and polite delivery staff.

Brilliant experience all round
Table and chairs great price. Lady who served us was brilliant delaying her lunch break and coping with malfunctioning till which delayed her break further. Delivery also brilliant.

Return of lost property
My husband and I stopped for a refreshment break at Frosts Garden Centre, Willington, on our way back to Suffolk from a holiday in Wiltshire. I inadvertently left my cardigan on the back of the chair in the cafe, and didn't realise it was missing until we were back home and unpacked. I telephoned the customer service team who found the item in lost property. As we live so far away I asked if they could post it the cardigan back to me and I would pay for the postage. The adviser checked with head office and confirmed this would be done - at no cost to me. This was a kind gesture and much appreciated. The only reason I have not given a 5 star review is because I did have to ring up a second time to chase when the item still hadn't been returned 2.5 weeks later. Otherwise a great experience with really helpful people - thank you!
