Nearly everything was poor
A bottle I'd ordered was no longer available and refund very slow. Then wrong case delivered with redelivery promised the day after collection: not received. Had to chase, delivery promised for the next day, let's see. And to add insult to injury, delivery was charged at an exorbitant rate. F&R should learn from the Wine Society (always free delivery, never any mistakes)...

Good value wines received in time. The delivery charge should be waived when order is over £250 just like many other wine merchants.

All my orders were delivered within 48 hours. Deliveries arrived before my 9-5, so I was able to get on with my work. I took advantage of Summer discounting & received 50% off. FRW had a fair price for their wines, outside sales season too. Customer Services were very helpful & replied same day.

good prices, mixed quality, clunky customer service.
I bought several bottles - I was nervous that the prices were v good because the quality would be compromised. Sure enough, 2 bottles were spoiled and I emailed them. I had to chase twice before I got a reply offering a credit note. After another email I got a full refund. So, good prices, mixed quality, clunky customer service.

Service is terrible. The first mail gave wrong delivery date. The second mail corrected it but failed to deliver. I called by the end of the day, then the delivery finally occurred on the next day without explanation. Disappointed. Very random.

I ordered a $400.00 bottle of scotch. Unfortunately the shipping was $250.00 to the US and I had to cancel. They were helpful and refunded my money.
