Subscription refund/ cancellation

Reading some reviews I also unknowingly signed up for this service. This was made aware to me from my credit card company fraud team who blocked my card until I invested what the payment was for. After making contact I can’t fault anything. I explained what had happened, I received replies to all my emails which put my worries at ease. I have now have a refund on the way and subscription has been cancelled. Thank you Nancy for everything… appreciated 👏🏼

Tricked into signing up

Sign up was very devious straight after a purchase so it looked like it was linked to the purchase. I wouldn't sign up for this usually but it was easy to cancel (I'm assuming it has worked) Pretty expensive service. Glad I caught it.
