Steve fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Was told he would be 2 hours he was there in a hour and 20 mins made a bad situation better can't thank him enough

I managed to put a very small amount of unleaded in my diesel. Although it was a small amount i didn't want to take the risk of damaging the engine, so i called Fuel Doctor. Tom turned up a little ahead of time and swiftly got to work draining my fuel tank. Thankfully there was less than a quarter of a tank in there so it was done and dusted, and i was on my way faster than expected. Tom is a calm and polite professional who explained the process fully and left me with no questions unanswered.
I really hope i don't misfuel again, but should the unthinkable happen again i will certainly call this outfit. Fast, professional and more reasonably priced then most. Oh, and Tom. Thanks for helping me Tom.

I cannot put in words how efficient Steve was. As a female it was incredibly securing that he was open to me calling my mechanic and involving him in our dialogue. Jim came out to our van in Livingston when the drive put ad-blue in his Diesel tank. Was with us within the hour and away with the hour. Issue resolved. Amazing service credit to the business

Big thanks to Jim from Fuel Doctor for coming to my recue after mistaking putting diesel in my petrol car.
Jim arrived on time and got to work straight away. Emptied the fuel tank and fuel lines, put in system cleaner and fresh petrol and had my car back running smoothly in no time.
Jim is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
I would advise anyone misfulling their vehicle to call Fuel Doctor.

Saved my life and car! After using the wrong fuel and having my newborn in the car Steve was prompt and saved the morning. Would highly recommend Steve if you ever fall into this issue!

Steve came out to and did a fantastic job draining the diesel from my petrol vehicle.
He explained everything from starting to finish and what possible problems could occur. I would definitely use the company again, hopefully not making the same silly mistake. Steve is a great asset to the company.

Tom came out to resolve an issue with my S500 Mercedes. Took longer than expected but he wouldn’t give up and tried a number of techniques before getting me back on the road. Would highly recommend!!

We very stupidly put diesel in our car instead of petrol. Steve came out and siphoned off the diesel. Steve was very polite and professional and didn’t leave us until the car was running properly and we had filled up with petrol. Steve went above and beyond. Highly recommended Well done Steve.

Tom (Sussex) was great. Friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the process and chatted with me while we waited for over 40 litres of mixed fuel to be drained from my pick up. The only down side was I called the RAC and it took them a very long-time to pass the referral through to fuel doctor. Hopefully I will never need them again... but just in case I have made a note to call Fuel Doctor direct next time!
