The service from Fuelmate is outstanding, nothing is a problem, I have a fleet of 26 vehicles and I have tried other fuel companies who promise you the earth but trust me, none have givem me service like Fuel mate has. You get straight through on the phone and your issue is corrected straigh away or I go online and thats easy to use too. Thank you to all at Fuel Mate especially Tracy who looks after our account. This is the second company I have worked for where I have moved the fuel accounts over to Fuelmate. Having now been a customer for over 10 years I cant see anyone else I'd use. Easy to set up, honest advice and respond to any issues immediately. (usually drivers losing cards). The market is now flooded with card providers, I wouldn't look anywhere else

We've been with Fuelmate for around 2.5 years and have had great service throughout; nothing is too much trouble. Pricing is transparent, easy to deal with and I don't think we've ever had to query an invoice in that time.

Great fast efficient communication from the company Colin gets our emails replied to almost immediately. Competitive Fuel cards no problems. Would recommend their services.

We have been using them for a few years now, across various companies, without any major issues. Any queries we have had were dealt with quickly and resolved.
We recently had to merge a couple of our accounts, Dan at Fuelmate sorted it all out very quickly and new cards were with us within a week of the changes. Very happy to recommend Fuelmate.

Fuelmate have a good choice in cards available, the portal is easy to use from ordering new cards through to site locations and invoicing to name a few. Whenever I have had to call all members of staff are very helpful.

From start to finish now over a year working together and we are really pleased with the service and support given to us at Daishs coaches from all at Fuel mate Andy and Dan are always on hand to help if needed. A great company and very very helpful

low prices & didn't shoot up once I signed like all other fuel card companies that I've used

I am honestly trying to see the benefit of having this fuel card as its constantly more expensive than pump prices at Shell pumps. For example current price notification tells me my fuel price for diesel is £144.34 per ltr and currently the pump for Shell near me is
£136.9. That's £115.47 if I used my fuelcard compared to £109.52 just using my credit card to fill up. Still the price does not include charges !
