I really wanted to like this service
I really wanted to like this service, but the lack of support, functionality, and accuracy has been extremely disappointing.
I was unable to edit my meals before the cutoff due to a payment issue, even after attempting to update my payment method. Customer service responses were vague, lacked promptness and didn’t resolve the problem, which left me frustrated and stuck with no solution.
For a service that relies on timely order customization, not being able to edit meals and not getting clear help, is a major flaw.
I also have concerns about the accuracy of the nutrition information. I’ve weighed portions of the chicken myself, and the listed protein content appears to be significantly inflated or “fluffed up” compared to what’s actually being provided. As someone who is a serious gym-goer, weightlifter, and deeply invested in nutrition, and who will soon be coaching others… this is a major issue for me. Accurate macros aren’t optional, they’re essential.
On top of that, being left without meals for a full week due to the lack of support seriously disrupted my routine. When you rely on a service like this for consistency, that kind of breakdown makes it hard to trust the company moving forward.
It’s also worth noting that there’s no clear way to leave a review directly on their site, which raises concerns about transparency.
I’ll likely be taking my business elsewhere.
