I sent a parcel to faraway Sakhalin. It took a month and four days. The box was in perfect condition when I received it. Amazing! There were so many transit points, hands, and modes of transport. It was sealed with just one piece of tape on all four sides, so it was as minimal as possible. Everything arrived intact.

Я удивляюсь, как проходит все четко и слаженно в этой компании и, слава богу, у нас есть теперь такая возможность-отправлять родственникам посылки в Россию. Все приходит в месячный срок, как указано на сайте. Служба поддержки работает безукаризненно. Не кладите металлических вещей в ящики, лучше спросить зараннее, комсметики(не жидкость, любую нельзя), хорошенько взвешивайте и не перекладывайте указанного веса, иначе будете доплачивать и сроки увеличатся в разы. Уже обожглась на этом. Все доходит!

Everything arrives within a month, as stated on the website. Customer service is flawless. Don't put metal items in boxes; it's best to ask in advance. For cosmetics (not liquids, any kind is not allowed), weigh them thoroughly and don't exceed the stated weight, otherwise you'll be charged extra and the delivery time will increase significantly. I've already been burned by this. Everything arrives!

I sent the package a month ago and it is still in the US and every week they tell me that it will be sent any minute.

I used FulFilla to send my parcel to Russia. It was not very quick but it was very useful! They checked all and text me that it was too heavy for 1 parcel and asked can they divided it for 3 parcels. I didn't know that 1 parcel have limit for food (no more than 5 lb (I don't remember correct)). Thanks for all people working there. They didn't send my parcel back to me (it means I will loose my time) and divided it themselves. Highly recommended this service!

У меня был очень не приятный опыт с компанией,мои нервы были на пределе! Мне нужно было срочно отослать вещи из Америки в Россию и я нашла эту компанию. Изначально я звонила в другую компанию CDEK и узнала,что нельзя отсылать и мне сказали,что только косметику и ликвид. Но у них было слишком дорого и я решила довериться fulfilla, у них нет телефона куда можно позвонить и спросить интересующие меня вопросы(что очень странно!) И так как у меня не было времени переписываться по имейлу я отослала 2 большие коробки вещей им. На сайте крупными буквами написано как это работает- вы покуете посылку,оплачиваете,мы даём вам лейбл вы шлете нам мы получаем,перепоковываем если надо и отсылаем в россию.все!
Я указала каждую вещь,которую я отправила. Ещё до получения ими моих посылок они начали проверять список,просить отправить им фото или ссылку на то как оно выглядит и что это под санкциями!( вопрос зачем вы меня спрашивали о вещи и просили фото если все равно вы открыли посылку и все просмотрели? В итоге у меня оказалось очень много вещей которые типа под санкциями и они не могут их послать,Список санкций был вообще где то в конце сайта,причём они мне не разрешили отправить вещи даже которых не было в списках! А вот почему то одежду которая указана в списках её можно было! Я не понимаю как у 2х компаниях кто занимается одним и тем же могут быть разные санкционные списки? Это очень не удобно,что у них не было телефона,чтоб с ними поговорить,общались только по имейлу. В итоге мне пришлось дать им разрешения на утилизацию тех вещей которых они мне захотели посылать! Причём посылки были у них 2 недели!якобы из за меня потому что я положила санкционные вещи!в итоге толкьо после того как я начала спрашивать когда отправка и то не с 1го раза они все таки отправили мои посылки.мне сказали что они пойдут Германию и пока они не дойдут я не смогу их отслеживать.ну я и ждала,заходила через 3 недели в личный кабинет и было написана только день отправки из Америки. Прошёл месяц,я пишу им и они пишут мне что посылки уже ждут меня на почте. Почему этой информации не было в личном кабинете как заявлено вами!??? В итоге мои посылки были там 2 недели и через 3 дня уже истикал срок их хранения,те если б я не проверила то их бы отослали куда то и я б их даже не увидела! Так же мне насчитали таможенную пошлину. 2 посылки по 11 кг но почему то одна была 1960 рублей фи,а 2я 3640 рублей.и мне даже на почте не объяснили почему такая разница если вес и ценность одинаковые.
В общем я потратила много нерв,денег и лишилась вещей которые якобы подходили под санкции.слаба богу вещи получила.
