I can’t thank Anne at Full Circle funerals enough. Organising a funeral for your own child is not something I ever imagined having to do! It’s so emotionally overwhelming that I don’t think we’d have ever managed to give her the send off that she deserved had we gone elsewhere. Nothing was too much trouble and every idea we came up with was met with kind enthusiasm and encouragement. We didn’t want a traditional style funeral for our vibrant daughter. Anne guided us through options and researched alternatives that we came up with. I felt that she cared for our daughter as if she were her own, making me feel comforted. We called and went into chat with her numerous times. Every time we received the same attention and care. Anne made everything run perfectly, from the brightly, slightly unusual coffin, placement of the flowers, cars music and visual tributes. The professionalism that all the staff exhibited was outstanding. What was undoubtedly the very worst day in my life was made a little easier by Anne and all at Full Circle. Thank goodness places like this now exist. Obviously not somewhere you want to visit, but if it’s important to you to give your loved one a good send off, the way you imagined, then pop in here for a chat before just heading to anywhere else. Ruth was really helpful from start to finish. I wanted to do things slightly to make things easier for my boys and Ruth knew how to support me with this. We had a low key cremation followed by a large celebration of life for my husband and Full Circle were just fantastic. Thank you

Full Circle were refreshingly modern in approach and guided us sensitively through the process and listened carefully our views. We were very pleased to be able to chose greener options eg cardboard coffin, electric small hearse. They are a great, very approachable team.
