Excellent Customer Service and Community-Minded Approach
I recently had to request a return and refund for an order I placed in error, and I’m very impressed with how smoothly Fullscript handled the process. Not only was the refund processed seamlessly, but they also didn’t require me to send the items back. Instead, they thoughtfully suggested donating the supplements to my local practitioner, a pharmacy, or a community organization that accepts them.
It’s a small but meaningful gesture that reflects Fullscript’s commitment to both customer satisfaction and community well-being. I really appreciate their professionalism and care—it makes a big difference and sets them apart from many other companies.

The significance of having an agent who can work on the fly!
My experience was great because the agent was quick to recognize the challenge of the situation and make a decision to assure that my package arrived as close to on time as possible. This gave me a lot of relief and allow me to put this task to bed so that I could move on to other focuses.

Meghan with CS/orders support was AMAZING!
My experience with CS has been timely, respectful, and went above and beyond for my satisfaction. I have never had issues with Emerson and this is the first time I had a double whammy on 2 orders. Meghan quicky resolved issue #1 easily; and though she did not have to, went above and beyond supporting missing items on order #2. She was thoughtful and supportive. Def 5 stars! -Debbie Rice
