The rep at FFF Bhadmus was very helpful. There was a weird software issue that effected 4 of my accounts that was corrected fairly quickly. Very polite and professional.

I don't usually leave reviews for products that I have purchased, but I had such an outstanding customer service experience with Tee that I just have to talk about. Man oh man where do I start. My experience took place over a 2 day period last week. This is my first prop account experience ever and I had problem after problem after problem. 1st I was having problems simply trying to log into the FFF website. Then I had so many problems trying to log into tradovate from the FFF website. Then for awhile the add-on for tradingview wouldn't come up as showing active so I was unable to link my tradingview account, which is a big deal to me because I feel that the whole tradovate program is way to complicated for me to understand after using tradingview for so long. Tee was very patient with me through every step of the way, from the first problem to the last. I highly recommend using FFF because they are very personable and will do anything and everything they can to help there customers. Thank you so much Tee for everything you did!

You support team was excellent. Everyone I know, did not recommend FFF to start with. I gave it a shot, because of the changes I see under new leadership. You need the portal to be updated as well. So far experience is all good.!!!!

I recently discovered this firm and wanted to know about their rules for their new Velocity accounts to be certain this would be a good fit for me. After a very long conversation of questions and answers with TEE I am happy to say that I will be looking to trade with this firm and make regular updates based on how the service is after an actual purchases of accounts. The patience from the staff was remarkable even with the plethora of questions and concerns I did have before trying a new firm.

I recently had a problem logging onto my Funded Futures Family account that I had previously created, but neglected to add a phone number so that it could later be verified when I logged in, so the problem was caused by me initially. I sent an email to the support team, and 2 minutes later the representative, Bhadmus, contacted me back and was able to get my problem resolved correctly and promptly! Not only did Bhadmus respond lightning fast, it prompted me to make my first evaluation purchases from Funded Futures Family! This incident helped build a level of trust and I'm sure I will have a great relationship with FFF moving forwards based on what I've seen so far. Thanks again!

Scammed me big time, I was about to pass my eval, and then they shut me down, and blocked my login, WTF!!! They had no problem letting me blow 5+ accounts and keep re buying , but the second you’re about to pass, some “glitch” as they say happened, they’ll gladly let me restart from zero but that’s best they can do.
