Account Restricted for Risk
My account was placed under risk restriction after a series of trades. I understand that prop firms need to manage risk, but the calculation method wasn’t very clear from the trader’s side.
The dashboard and trading conditions are fine, but I think they should improve transparency when enforcing these rules. Clearer reporting would help traders understand what exactly triggered the restriction.

For clarity, any additional risk restrictions are not applied arbitrarily. They are determined based on internal risk metrics and are communicated directly by our Risk Team via email, including the relevant details and conditions that apply to the account.
We strongly encourage all traders to carefully review these communications, as they clearly outline the parameters that must be followed.
If anything is unclear, our Customer Support team remains available to provide clarification and guidance. We also recommend continuing the discussion directly with the Risk Team for case-specific matters, as they have full visibility over the account review.

extra rules added to current account
i bought 50k Pro Challenge from Funded Knight (no consistency rules mentioned on official website) , today i fulfilled all the criteria and ready to make payout of usd5000, Funded Knight suddenly apply extra rules and change my account name to Pro Consistency Challenge, the main rule make me cannot request payout is 30% consistency rule, currently my highest day profit is usd3500, mean i need to continue trade until Target Profit usd15k only can request payout, that is 300% more than my current profit i need to trade, so ridiculous and unfair to me, how can add extra rule to me after i bought challenge?
other than this new 30% consistency rules cause me cannot make payout, also have some more different rules apply on me, such as 1% risk per trade (previously dont have), each same instrument trade must have 2-hours gap (mean 2 xauusd trade need 2-hours gap) and etc hidden rules.
ask CS why suddenly add extra rules to me, if got new rules should apply to new account, not current account that i bought previously, CS replied this effect ALL traders and applied immediately, so i believe all Funded Knight Pro Challenge traders got effected, very unfair prop firm, wish other traders saw my review also put yours review to prevent more victims.
extra, Funded Knight mentioned the extra rules added inform to all trader via email, but i never get any email about this, i found out when i request payout and saw my dashboard have new rules applied, and also Funded Knight did not make any public annoucement on the main social media Discord group, very irresponsible prop firm try to make traders cannot request payout.
i will banned this prop firm forever, no point for me to waste money and time to deal with keep rules changing prop firm.

To clarify, no hidden or arbitrary rules were applied to your account. The change referenced is part of a platform-wide policy update to the Pro Challenge, where the minimum profit days requirement was replaced with a consistency rule. This is implemented to ensure results reflect sustainable and risk-managed trading, rather than profits driven by a single high-impact trade.
This update is not applied selectively and follows a structured framework used to maintain fairness across all accounts.
Additionally, all account-specific risk parameters and updates are communicated directly via email by our Risk Team, along with supporting details and calculations. These decisions are based on internal risk metrics, not subjective judgment.
At this stage, your case has already been reviewed and explained in detail by the Risk Team with supporting evidence. If there are any further questions or disagreements, we encourage you to continue the discussion through the existing email thread so it can be addressed with full context.
We remain committed to maintaining a transparent and structured trading environment for all participants.
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Funded Knight. They suddenly changed the rules for existing funded accounts without proper notice. What’s worse is that the new rule was applied retroactively using previous trading data instead of starting from the day the rule was implemented.
This created a huge problem for traders like me. Our strategies were built based on the original rules, and applying new conditions to past trades completely disrupted the way we manage risk and plan our positions. It essentially punished traders for trades that were placed when the rule didn’t even exist.
Changing rules is one thing, but applying them retroactively is extremely unfair and unprofessional. It undermines trust and makes it very difficult for traders to operate with confidence on their platform.
If a company wants to change policies, they should apply them from the effective date forward, not rewrite the past. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question the transparency and reliability of Funded Knight.
