Dashboard Not Updated Since 11 August 2026

I purchased a $5,000 one-step challenge from FundedSkill in January 2026.

Since 11 August 2026, my FundedSkill dashboard has not been updating my trades properly. The figures shown on the dashboard also do not match the figures shown on MT5, which makes it difficult to track my actual account performance and challenge status.

I contacted FundedSkill support regarding this issue, but I have not received a response through email or WhatsApp
, despite reaching out to them.

I am sharing my experience based on my own case. I hope FundedSkill addresses the issue, updates the dashboard correctly, and provides a proper explanation through their support team.

Wrost prop ever they don't have any support team or live chat option no trader friendly propfirm don't waste your money on it it's a fraud prop

after 6 months of hard work i passed phase 2 of a step 2 account on june 6 2026 and after waiting for more than 48 hours i contacted their support team they said we are facing technical issue in account review process but after 1 week they did not provide any real account i did not breach any rule and they stop replying to me when i contacted a youtuber ( young trader viraj )who was promoting this firm their team said we have end our deal with fundedskill and we can't help you, earlier he said he will help if anything happens i will talk to fundedskill but they are also not supporting, i mailed fundedskill and shared all my account pass screenshots but they didn't replied now it is 17 june 2026 and 12 days has passed and no reply they are completly fraud and doing scam with innocent people and youtubers are promoting these fraud firms.

My experience with FundedSkill has been extremely disappointing.

I submitted my payout request more than 21 days ago and have still not received my payment. Despite multiple attempts to contact support through available channels, I have received little to no response.

The company promotes fast payouts and quick support, but that has not been my experience. As a trader who completed all required conditions, I expected better communication and transparency regarding my payout status.

The most frustrating part is the lack of updates. Even if there is a delay, traders deserve clear communication and a realistic timeline.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company until they improve their payout processing and customer support.

I passed both phases and I not get real account in last 7 day's .it's fraud

Worst firm passed phase 2 and not get funded account in last 7 days worst coustomer support...

when I was purchased funded account there was no lot size consistency rule but now he mentioned in website lot size consistency rule.......

Without any update firm add the rule
And I message yesterday he told this rule applicable after 05 march

In starting May month I read all the rules there was no any lot size consistency rule.....

And he scammed my 50k funded account...

Totally fraud...i passed the challenge account. They send me a congratulations massage after few hours later they send account breach massage..👎👎👎

Beware of challenge scams and unnecessary excuse and close your account due to breaches. If you are right i know. You are right many times. But they have more excuse on it. This is a new cyber cancer in india. And they're smarty pull out money.

I passed the challenge and received a "Congratulations, you passed" message. But just a few hours later, I got a breach message. When I asked the firm, they said it was due to a profit rule violation.

My main question is: if I really broke the rules, then why did I receive the “Passed” confirmation first? Also, instant breach should happen as soon as daily or max drawdown is hit, but in my case I went below $4500 (max DD level) to $4379, and still my account was not breached at that time. Instead, after more than 2 months, they marked it as failed.

This feels unfair and misleading, as it wasted my time and efforts. I hope the firm clarifies this.
